POSITION:

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio operations including new membership sales, the delivery of a boutique luxury member experience, and leading a high performing team. This is a full time position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of retail sales or fitness sales experience required
  • 1-2 years retail management experience required
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training part time front desk staff in sales
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
  • Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.

DUTIES

  • Generate a positive studio culture and high member retention by delivering a world class customer experience
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Manage staff schedule and supervise front desk sales team
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
  • Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, and other key performance indicators
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • This position offers a very competitive base hourly wage; based on experience & performance.
  • Commission paid on sales
  • Opportunity to earn bonuses, based on performance measures
  • Total compensation potential of $45-$50 k per year
