Salary: $40,000 Base with High Bonus Incentives

To continue our growth and maintain the high level of service our members expect, we are seeking a Sales Team Leader who embodies the drive, charisma, and leadership qualities of our ideal avatar, Isabella "Izzy" Hartley.
The Role:
As the Sales Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our studio's growth and member satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our sales team by example, driving membership sales through strategic planning, exceptional communication, and an infectious enthusiasm for fitness and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed membership targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and set realistic targets.
- Build strong relationships within the studio community, understanding member needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Maintain flexibility in your schedule to ensure peak sales periods are maximally utilized.
- Communicate effectively with both the studio ownership and the sales team to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging both personal and team development.
