Club Pilates Chisholm Trail's team-oriented atmosphere is casual, fun and relaxed so you will enjoy going into work. We have flexible hours and are hiring for all shifts as well as for our second location in Burleson.

POSITION:

The Studio Manager will assist the General Manager and oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.

The pay structure for this position is base pay plus commission. We offer company provided snacks, a fancy coffee bar, retail discounts and free Pilates classes for our staff. We also offer medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k to eligible employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months of previous management and sales experience preferred, ideally in the fitness, health, wellness or similar industry
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
• Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit able to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
• Must be professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized with an affinity and passion for fitness
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment recognizing areas of improvement
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• This position is a minimum of 25 hours a week and could be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and participate in grassroots networking/community events and studio promotions
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Membership and retail sales
• Manage staff schedule
• Supervise Sales Representatives and Instructors enforcing policies and procedures
• Run various reports in ClubReady
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
