Studio Assistant General Manager

Club Pilates is seeking an AGM for our East Long Beach Location. We are seeking a motivated results driven individual to help drive studio performance.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to hire, lead, motivate and manage a team to hit operational and financial objectives.
• Drive Financial Results by leading from the front and managing team to hit monthly targets.
• Illustrate the ability to make optimal decisions on a daily basis and under pressure.
• Results-driven AGM with a focus on problem-solving, driving innovation, and achieving measurable outcomes for organizational success.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and Onsite events to drive Studio traffic.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Review instructor performance.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect out-standing dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Create, communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees as needed.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2 years sales required, preferably in Fitness Industry
• Previous management experience required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Manager and Regional Manager
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
