Club Pilates White Bear Lake is searching for a confident and energetic person to join ourSales Associate Team. The ideal candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic team member, showing passion and support for our members. Club Pilates is the nation's largest and fastest growing Pilates franchise with over 800 locations across 10 countries.

POSITION : The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants. Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio, merchandise, and other duties as assigned.
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Evening and weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
