Club Pilates Kirkland is Hiring a Sales Rep Near Kirkland, WA

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Club Pilates in Kirkland. The right candidate will have a background in sales, experience interacting with customers, and a proven track record of succeeding in customer-focused and team-oriented environments. The position also requires strong communication skills, as the Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating customer feedback to the general manager and helping the customer resolve their issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Call/Text/Email prospects and book them for the free intro class.
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Diligently follow up on member issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Warm, friendly and personable – being able to feel members welcome as they walk into the studio.
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel within Kirkland/Seattle may be required.
  • Weekend work may be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
