Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Able to change ac filters on ceiling mounted air handlers, able to pull a toilet and clear with an auger and change flush valve parts
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and general upkeep
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of electrical systems is preferred but not required
