We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees. Your primary duties will include monitoring surveillance cameras, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.

```Duties```

- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises

- Respond to security incidents and emergencies

- Enforce access control procedures

- Write detailed incident reports

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

- Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees

- Perform loss prevention activities

- Assist with emergency evacuation procedures

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred

-Spanish speaking ability HIGHLY preferred

- Strong observation skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
