GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The perfect candidate will enjoy multi-tasking, assisting employees, scheduling meetings, events & volunteer efforts. 

Being organized, detailed oriented and maintaining confidentiality is key. Recruitment by posting openings, screening candidates and setting up interviews. Use HRIS to initiate pre-employment process, maintain employee records, and monitoring performance evaluation completions for new hires, file maintenance. All this plus additional HR related duties.

Requirements

· Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.

Entry level position starting rate around $17.00 with experience. 

· Knowledge of standard Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Experience with Human Resources/Payroll systems such as Paylocity preferred.

· Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgement calls regarding assigned tasks.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Familiar and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

· 1-2 years related experience, training or equivalent combination of education/experience.
