Overview:

As a Brand Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing our email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads, warming territory, and maximizing customer retention. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, analyzing data, and driving growth through effective campaigns. This role requires a strong grasp of digital marketing techniques, email marketing campaigns, and analytical skills to measure the success of marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive engagement.
Segment email lists and tailor content to target audiences.
Monitor email deliverability and troubleshoot issues.
Write compelling and engaging email verbiage and create engaging, relevant, and shareable content, including text, image, and video-based campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and manage a content calendar of planned out campaigns.
A/B test email subject lines, content, and designs for optimization.
Track and analyze email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to refine email marketing strategies.
Manage and maintain the email marketing database.
Segment lists based on user behavior and demographics.
Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads.
Create personalized email experiences based on user preferences and behavior.
Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of email marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance, identifying successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing and knowledge of email marketing best practices.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Ability to ideate and execute innovative marketing campaigns with a strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Creative thinking and an eye for design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
