Job Description:
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for assisting all account activity, administrative duties, and team growth objectives. This role is a combination including but not limited to customer sales and service, product sourcing, and processing orders, account coverage for account managers during travels, along with other administrative duties as needed by management.
The position will report to the Director of Sales and will work closely with the Brand Advisors, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations and other departments to achieve stated targets.
In this position you will have an opportunity to learn about our business and provide yourself with an opportunity to advance into other roles within the company.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the growth objectives of the account team.
Present relevant product solutions based on a needs assessment with customers
Maintains a great attendance record with availability via email, chat, and mobile when account manager is out of the office
Open to feedback and ideas while being adaptable to change
Consistent follow ups with customers and management
Sourcing product, quote, and sell product categories such as apparel, promo, print, point of sale, incentive programs, etc.
Data and order entry
Effectively manage inbound customer calls and inquiries
Assists with additional administrative duties as needed
Ability to multi-task during the day to manager quotes, orders, & prospecting activities
Ability to be a good teammate, strategize for long term success and execute the account plan
Making outbound calls to established account contacts or qualifying new leads
Ideal Candidate Profile:
0 - 3 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service
Efficiency in Microsoft Office or related suite
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong work ethic: creative and takes initiative and gets the job done
Related Bachelor’s degree preferred
Promotional Industry experience a plus
Project Management experience a plus

Base Pay: Hourly $22.00-$24.00 (Based on Experience)
