Requirements-

• Established Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) is looking for field nurses for their NYC/Manhattan location
• Monday through Friday, 8:30a-4:30p
• Experience with CHHA and Oasis evaluation tool is required, as is knowledge of Homecare Homebase
• Wound care and IV procedures experience is also important
• BLS required
• 6 home visits/day
• 13 weeks with a strong possibility of extending

Shift Details:

• 5 Days / week, 8hour shifts
• 40 HRS / Week
• Evening shift-3pm to 11pm

Education:

• Bachelor’s in nursing and CHAA
