Clout Local, a leading marketing agency in Logan, Utah, is seeking a dedicated Content Creator with expertise in video and photography to join our dynamic team. This position offers part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. As an in-person role, you will work directly from our Logan office, fostering collaboration and synergy with our team here.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to develop and produce engaging video and photography content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and YouTube.
• Conceptualize and execute visually captivating storytelling through video and photography, aligned with Clout Local's brand image and marketing goals.
• Utilize professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software to capture high-quality visuals.
• Proficient in Adobe Products
• Working knowledge of Sony Cameras (can be taught).
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including location scouting, talent management, and prop selection, as required.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to maintain brand consistency and ensure maximum visual impact.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in video and photography, integrating new ideas and practices into content creation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, receiving and providing constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production and photography, with a portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sony, etc.).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented approach and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring the delivery of visually captivating content.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film, photography, or media studies is preferred, but not required.
