As the Fort Lauderdale Briefing Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing customized, world-class executive briefings that connect Cloud Software Group subject matter experts with our customers, prospects and partners.
You will be confident and knowledgeable when interacting with senior business leaders and facilitating high-level discussions in briefings. Additionally, as the Briefing Manager you will work cross-functionally to build business partnerships, have a positive attitude, a collaborative professional demeanor, and an ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external audiences.
This role is part of a team of briefing managers, so the candidate will need to be able to work well in a geographically-distributed, small team environment.
This position requires on-site presence based out of the Fort Lauderdale Experience Center.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Briefing management: Lead, design and execute bespoke briefing agendas; secure and prep discussion leaders; communicate briefing objectives to all participants.
Facilitation: Facilitate and lead on-site, virtual and hybrid briefings.
Administrative responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare all aspects of briefing planning.
Program promotion: Evangelize the value of the briefing program, presenting in sales enablement sessions / onboarding, and collaborating with sales leadership for proactive alignment between marketing and sales.
Content coordination: Coordinate briefing content (presentations, videos) with various teams to ensure a branded, consistent customer experience. Align content, demos, and customer experience for each briefing.
Continuous improvement: Capture feedback to identify opportunities for program and process improvement.

Briefing Program management experience
Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication and active listening skills
Experience supporting enterprise-level accounts and channel sales activities
Ability to work with people across all levels from C-Suite to technical IT functions
Executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Customer-centric approach
Works well under pressure and ability to work independently and as a team
Understanding of the Citrix, NetScaler, TIBCO and other BU solutions, partner ecosystem, and competitive technologies
5 years’ experience in a customer-facing, program management role or similar
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
