The ideal candidate willhave :
Existing relationships with clients atmultiple GS levels across multiple Federal Civilian Agenciesincluding Commerce Treasury IRS VA USDA SSA USPS and GSA HHS toname a few
Experience managingcapture and delivery efforts
Experience in allaspects of Federal proposal development
Solidknowledge of the competitive landscape including an understandingof key contract vehicles used
Establishedrelationships across industry with large contractors SBs andproduct vendors
Ability to establish net newclient relationships
Experience supporting allaspects of the sales lifecycle including opportunity identificationqualification account penetration pursuit strategy and contractingprocesses
Ability to partner withalliance / channel partners to craft and support the sale ofsolutions
Excellent written and verbalcommunications skills
Job Level Specific Duties &Skills :
Oversees andmanages the pipeline of qualified prospects in line with INSI CloudInc.. overall sales and growth strategy.
Identifies and researches top prospects developingdetailed account plans in line with a complex sale methodology anddriving sufficient demand to meet quarterly and annualtargets.
Utilizes advanced knowledge of INSICloud Inc.. service offerings and understanding of the clientsbusiness to develop tailored proposals that present creativesolutions that successfully sell the organizationscapabilities.
Demonstrated ability to buildsales forecasts establish priorities and keep team focused on salesgoals.
Proven experience meeting or exceedingsales quota.
Strong influencing presentation andprofessional sales skills.
Proven track record of building internal and externalrelationships influencing thinking through a consultative salesprocess and closing complex services sales.
MinimumExperience :
5 years ofSales experience in Federal Health & Civilian Agencies andHHS
5 years selling experience selling similartypes of services : IT Infrastructure Applications ModernizationAdvisory / Consulting Digital & Application Infrastructure CloudMobility & Security Business Process Outsourcing and Health andHuman Services (HHS)
Minimum Education andCertifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination ofeducation and work experience.
