Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager in training, you will be responsible for learning to oversee the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a passion for retail and sales, excellent leadership skills, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Learn to manage and supervise all aspects of store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management, product purchasing and the online store.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the team to schedule shifts and manage employee schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in sales management techniques
- Knowledge of women's styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Pay is raised when a full manager. This position is for training. You may be transferred to another location once training is complete.
