Clothes Mentor is a reseller of gently used brand-name and designer products including clothing, shoes, and accessories for up to 70% off original retail prices. Over the last decade, the resale industry has grown in an attempt to reduce textile waste and help customers to “reinvent” their wardrobes at an affordable price. The resale industry has grown 21 times faster than the retail market in recent years with over 60 million women alone purchasing secondhand clothing in 2018. Resale provides an exciting experience for buyers, helps to promote sustainability, and helps make fashion accessible to everyone. Clothes Mentor also offers cash “on the spot” or offers in-store credit for all items sourced to procure inventory. This service also appeals to members of the community who are looking to refresh their wardrobes while making an impact on their community and environment. .

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company policies
- Assist with inventory management, including buying merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
