Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) is looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to join our production team in Indianapolis, IN! You'll be trained on multiple stations and operate machines to extract the oily fluid from material for reuse, launder material for reuse, clean out 55-gallon collection drums for reuse, and repackage cleaned material. This is a dirty role in handling oil-saturated material and labor-intensive. You'll be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day moving heavy 55-gallon collection drums in the facility.

Plant Responsibilities:

• Train and work at different workstations as production needs require throughout the day/week. Learn all workstations in the facility
• Cleaning absorbent mats and washing/sorting 55-gallon collection drums
• Operating machines for extraction, washing, drying, and other areas. Provide assistance in preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Folding, sorting, cutting absorbent mats and other products, pairing gloves
• Assist in loading and unloading service trucks
• Keeping the facility up to OSHA safety standards and audit-ready
• Making sure the quality of the product is 100% client-ready
• Stocking inventory shelves and inventory tracking in our CRM

Skills and Experience:

• High School or equivalent
• Production/Warehouse experience
• Ability to use a pallet jack
• Ability to move heavy objects (up to 200 lbs) with the assistance of a dolly or pallet jack
• Mechanic/carpentry/welding experience preferred
• Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment

Opportunities:
