Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and legally compliant process for vehicle titles. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately processing vehicle titles and ensuring all documentation is complete and error-free.
Collaborating with government agencies, dealerships, and customers to resolve title issues.
Managing, organizing, and maintaining title records, accounts, and documents.
Assisting in the handling of Lien payoffs, title transfers, registrations, and any related paperwork.
Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to provide outstanding service

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive title processing is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with relevant state and local regulations and/or title software is a bonus.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge.
