Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties of an automotive repair facility.
- Answer phones, support and work in close collaboration with the service manager.
- Greet and assist customers, coordinate appointments and services, and process service-related paperwork.
- Overseeing all aspects of work order, coordinating with Service Manager on completion of work.
- Process and close repair orders for customer’s that also includes filing warranty claims.
- Collect payments and complete payment processing transactions, maintain billing records and invoices, and handle light bookkeeping duties.
- Assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and office equipment.
- Successful candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and are natural problem solvers, especially when faced with fixing a customer’s issue.
- High energy level with appropriate soft skills for dealing with customers.
