JOB SUMMARY:
Candidate will support existing customers by providing/managing full service ad production using Clipcentric’s proprietary software, assisting with their day to day usage of the platform, maximizing customer success by sharing platform expertise, and assisting with technical support requests.
Successful candidates will be able to work independently, are experienced in digital design, have customer-facing experience and be comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Mastery of our creative and analytics platform will be required, so successful candidates must be able to learn complex creative systems quickly (proficiency in any leading creative software suite will dramatically reduce the learning curve).
Creative interpretation and assembly work is required, so successful candidates must have an artistic eye and good verbal descriptive skills.
Responsibilities Include
Mastering our proprietary creative and analytics platform, and sharing expertise internally and externally
Creating compelling digital ads for Clipcentric’s full-service customers
Assisting customers with Clipcentric’s digital advertising production software through best practice recommendations, problem solving, training, and product demonstrations
Providing tier I/II customer support, triage and escalation
Organizing and presenting customer issues and feedback to management
Advertising campaign reporting analysis
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be a great communicator, be self-motivated with a proven track record in creative services, web development and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A degree from a four-year accredited college or university
Experience working with clients/customers
Proficiency with any leading creative design/production software tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud)
Strong creative skills and eye for detail
Full proficiency using computers and basic office utility software
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized work habits
Enthusiasm for working as a team in an entrepreneurial environment
Additional items a plus, but not mandatory
