We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals, particularly in pediatrics, and possess expertise in behavioral health and patient care.
Duties:
- Conduct mental health assessments, diagnosis, and intake, screen for trauma and safety concerns as applicable
- Provide counseling services to children and adolescents
- Provide ongoing individual, group, and/or family counseling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Assist families with both clinical and concrete services, and community linkages
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- NY License: LMSW or LCSW
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Ability to understand, speak, and write in Spanish
- Experience with Evidence-Based Models is preferred
- Organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
