Summary:
One of our top healthcare partners are seeking (2) Case Managers to work alongside with their Clinicians ASAP. The location is in the Bronx. These are permanent jobs.
Responsibilities:
- provide case management services to children
- document services and store case files
- monitor and supervise children
- ensure compliance is met
- may be needed to assist in transportation of children
- Monitor discharging
Experience:
- BILINGUAL SPANISH : REQUIRED
- MSW : REQUIRED
- Experience working with immigrant youth or child welfare services preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate ACS/State regulations in disciplinary actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
