Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of mental health services and provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors.

Duties:

· Prepare and maintain counselor work schedules to provide adequate coverage seven days a week that complies with regulatory requirements. Conduct performance appraisals and participate in hiring and termination recommendations.

· Provide individual and group supervision in accordance with counselor credentialing requirements and internal policy.

· Participate in program planning, development and other management functions.

· Perform direct counseling services in accordance with awarded privileges.

· Provide counseling services in accordance with productivity expectations, including but not limited to, individual counseling, group counseling, and weekly integration.

· After-hours coverage of the outpatient department in an on-call rotation with other Site Managers.

· Interact with the administrative, utilization review, admissions, and other clinical disciplines to ensure the efficient coordination and timely delivery of treatment services.

· Provide the oversight and training necessary to achieve optimal clinical performance.

· Ability to incorporate regulatory standards into clinical practice to ensure compliance.

· Must be able to work collaboratively with other clinical disciplines to advance quality of patient care and achieve program performance goals.

Requirements:
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), LMFT, or LMHC
- Experience working with individuals with Metal Health and substance abuse issues
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
