We are assisting an exclusive nonprofit partner who is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prevention Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to start ASAP in their Brooklyn, NY location near Sunset Park. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is responsible for detecting and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment of children.

Job Description:

• Participate in PSA meetings and lead communicationin reference to tracking and compliance
• Provide recommendations for agency policies, protocols and procedures related prevention of sexual abuse
• Develop brochures, posters and other education materials required by law
• Collaborate with management about risk, policies and procedures, and reporting.
• Review incidents and reports and develop corrective action plans
• Coordinate and provide required information for investigations, schedule interviews and collect documentation
• Other duties related to the role

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral sciences, or social services
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• 2 years working in Child Welfare or ORR is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
