In addition to spearheading recruitment efforts, you'll have the opportunity to shape the strategic vision for our Physician Services staff, driving initiatives to enhance physician satisfaction and optimize service line performance. Your knack for data analysis will be invaluable as you identify market trends, track referral volumes, and uncover opportunities for business development. And with your keen understanding of healthcare regulations, you'll ensure compliance with Stark/Anti-Kickback laws and other industry standards.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience at the Director level or higher in a large academic medical group setting, along with a Master's degree in health leadership disciplines. Certification as a Certified Physician Practice Management (CPPM) Executive is a plus, and nurse leaders with practice management experience are also encouraged to apply.
