Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Nursing will lead a terrific and high-performing team of Nurse Leaders. Reporting to the VP are Nurse Directors over Inpatient Services like Critical Care and Med/Surg, as well as Procedural Nursing Directors over Cardiovascular Operations and Perioperative Services. This Executive Nursing Leader will also work closely with Physician Leadership to ensure patient care is at an all time high. 

The Vice President of Nursing will take on a central role in this facility. This person will drive Nursing Operations and Patient Care Services, will lead budgetary oversight for the nursing program, and will serve as the subject matter expert. This Executive Nurse will also serve as a leader and mentor to an amazing team of Registered Nurses and Support Staff. You’ll have the opportunity to help develop educational programs and professional development for the next generation of nursing leaders.
