About the job: The Occupational Therapist Manager OT will have the wonderful opportunity to lead an energetic and highly qualified team of therapists within these fast-paced rehabilitation departments. The Inpatient Occupational Therapist Lead will manage rehabilitative services for patients experiencing a variety of physical, emotional, and/or developmental impairments, working with patients to develop the best plan of care to meet each individual’s needs. The Manager Occupational Therapy Services OT will continually assess and evaluate the plan of care, monitoring for effectiveness and patient safety across all units. The Lead OT will also assist the Director with departmental budgeting, staffing, recruitment, and staff retention.
