The Nurse Manager Endoscopy Services will work alongside world-class providers and specialists all focused on delivering exceptional, quality care to patients throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and parts of Delaware. 

The Nurse Manager Endoscopy Services will join the surgical services team, reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services. This is a full-time position, working a Monday through Friday schedule with 24/7 accountability. Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Endoscopy Services include managing day-to-day operations, department workflow, scheduling, department staffing, managing the budget, maintaining hospital, local, state and federal compliance, updating policy procedures, implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, staff education, cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ultimately being the department mentor, leader and resource. 

The Nurse Manager Endoscopy Services must hold their Registered Nurse RN license and a clinical Endoscopy or Surgical Services background. Ideally, the Nurse Manager Endoscopy Services will have prior management experience.
