The Oncology, Operations Manager will oversee the overall functions of a large multi-physician office and will be responsible for the business operations of 5 medical oncology clinics and infusion centers. The Manager of Operations, Oncology will maintain the financial goals of the practice, and develop and direct effective and efficient materials management processes.

The Manager of Operations, Oncology will establish a positive working environment with physicians, staff, and outside key stakeholders, promote open communication, and work toward achieving goals by driving quality improvement while following policies and procedures accordingly. 

The ideal Oncology, Operations Manager possesses a bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Must provide 2 years of manager-level experience, supported 5 providers, exceptional customer service skills, clinical scheduling, referral management, and insurance verification processes is highly preferred.
