Clinical Management Consultants is Hiring a HR Generalist Near Grandview, WA

There is a great opportunity for an HR Generalist outside of Seattle at a very well-accredited acute-care facility. This is a 60 bed community hospital, part of a larger organization that follows the Joint Commission Structure, while providing quality patient care 24/7. This is a beautifully modern space in a comfortable setting.

The HR Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources in all efforts for the facility including recruiting physicians, on boarding incoming employees, setting up interviews, finance, etc. Under the direction of the Director, the HR Generalist may be in place of Administrative overseer in hospital committee. This includes the Patient Safety Team, Quality Improvement, and HIPAA. HR planning, training, and leadership goals are developed by the Director themselves.

Responsibilities of HR Generalist may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting HR in all planning initiatives
  • On boarding new employees (benefits, etc.)
  • Scheduling Interviews with Physician Leadership teams
  • Job postings on company website
  • Meeting with all departments to inquire about staffing needs
  • Encourages staff attendance in all meetings

It is important to have previous experience in a Human Resources position in order to take on all responsibilities given to the HR Generalist. Being communicative, hard-working, devoted, and passionate about healthcare are also qualities to portray when considering this opening in Washington.
