The Director of Business Development will join a 100 bed facility that offers Full-Service Acute Care including Emergency Care, Women’s Services, Surgery, and a full range of outpatient and ancillary services. The Hospital Business Development Director will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans to improve profitability, as well as, networking, educating, and promoting the hospital’s services to the surrounding region and service area. They will assess business risk and recommend ways to improve operations throughout the facility and service lines. 

The requirements to be the next Hospital Business Development Director are as follows:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• Proven Hospital Business Development, Sales, or Marketing experience
• Healthcare Knowledge
