An award winning medical center is searching for a strong, experienced Family Clinic Assistant Manager to lead a well established clinic in the sunny state of New Mexico!

The Family Clinic Assistant Managerwill join a community oriented medical center which has earned national recognition for excellence in a wide variety of specialties. This medical center is a part of a large health system which serves communities all throughout the western states. This 150 Bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and has been selected as a Top Hospital by the New Mexico Hospital Association. This team emphasizes the importance of meaningful social impact and adopts best practices to promote preventative care in their community. 

The Family Clinic Assistant Manager will report directly to the Clinic Operations Director and will be supported by several highly skilled support staff members. The Clinic Assistant Manager will help oversee day to day operations, implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor the budget and serve as a staff resource. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare clinic and should have experience in revenue cycle services, business office or health clinic operations.
