The Emergency Services Assistant Nurse Manager will work closely with the Manager and Director of the Unit. The Emergency Services Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for:

• Plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and acting as a department resource
• Eager to lead, educate, and mentor a nursing team
