We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory procedures and assisting in various testing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with laboratory information management systems, immunoassays, and data management.

- Perform laboratory procedures and experiments under the supervision of lab manager
- Conduct assays and analyze samples using a variety of techniques
- Maintain accurate records of all tests performed and results obtained
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- communicate with medical clinics and trouble shotting.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or biochemistry)
- Experience with aseptic technique and working in a laboratory setting
- Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data entry and retrieval
- Familiarity with Alinigty
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis methods for data interpretation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory is preferred but not required
