Key Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Jira Work Management to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Design and implement workflows tailored to optimize project management processes.

Implement rules automation to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
Integrate Jira Work Management with other systems and tools as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

7 years of hands-on experience in Jira Work Management customization, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in designing workflows, including transitions, statuses, and permissions schemes.
Strong understanding of Jira administration, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize project metrics and key performance indicators.
Knowledge of rules automation tools and techniques within the Jira ecosystem.
