Climeworks is Hiring a Vice President Commercial US Near Austin, TX

  • Your mission at Climeworks is to grow US Commercial team to become the driving source of offtake for Climeworks by positioning Climeworks as the number one carbon dioxide removal (CDR) company among stakeholders—including private and public customers and influencers—and by actively developing the market.
  • You inspire the US organization with a compelling vision for rapidly expanding US business, and you define game-changing strategies for growth.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the OGSM objectives.
  • You develop the Sales & Marketing organization, fostering a culture of success.
  • You cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and influencers, to build trust and expand market presence.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to secure and mobilize necessary resources.
  • You achieve excellence by implementing effective operating routines.
  • You disseminate OKRs and KPIs throughout the organization to align goals and measure performance.
  • You consistently monitor and assess progress and proactively identify obstacles and implement solutions to overcome them.
  • You hold a degree from a top university and bring extensive experience in enterprise sales, specializing in high-level negotiations with C-level executives across various industries.
  • You are recognized for your strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills, enabling you to lead teams effectively and foster robust business relationships.
  • You are an inspiring, self-driven achiever who is also a fast learner, strategic, and principled, adept at setting and exceeding personal and professional goals.
  • You excel in developing your team, known for your ability to stretch their capabilities while protecting their interests and promoting their growth.
  • You feel comfortable working in a remote team, and on top of that, you are willing to travel up to 30%.
