Roles & Responsibilities:

· 3-months assignment likely to be extended or converted based on the performance and budget.

· 100% onsite opportunity.

· Maximum 1-2 years IT & End User Support.

· Experience with PC and Mac hardware platforms.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365.

· Experience in Microsoft Windows and Office use and troubleshooting.

· Laptop hardware and phone support.

· General networking knowledge.

· Outstanding customer service skills.

· Industry related certification required (A , Microsoft, Apple, HDI).

Qualifications:

· Min of HS Diploma or GED required.

· Bachelor’s degree, technical trade program, or equivalent work experience (2 years).

· Experience in Microsoft Windows and Office use and troubleshooting.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
