Position: Hotel Night Auditor
Wage: 17.50/hr
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the successful overall operations related to Front Desk and Night Audit of the Hotel and Lodge, ensuring accurate and timely guest billings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Maintain a working knowledge of both properties as well as special events of the Casino.
Respond to guests' requests, complaints, or inquires courteously and promptly.
Prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel/Lodge Administration and Finance.
Audit all guest records. Verify credit card authorizations. Post room and tax charges to guest accounts.
Maintain a thorough and accurate knowledge of hotel occupancy and inventory.
Make reservations, cancellations, and reschedules upon request.
Check in/out guests and manage "Walk Ins" in a timely manner.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Conduct accurate cash, credit card, and voucher payments.
Answer phone calls, in house text messages and two-way radio, deliver messages, as appropriate.
