Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract (with option to hire) in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be executing detailed project management across the business, partnering wireless carriers, supply chain vendors, device and SIM vendors, and sales/marketing to ensure all processes, customer journey, logistics have requirements, delivery plans, track the dependencies to other areas of delivery. This role is critical as this area ties the end to end processes together and drives the retail, b2b and customer experience both internally and externally.

Additional responsibilities include: 

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects to completion.
• Communicate effectively across teams.
• Assist with communication around project scope, goals, deliverables and timelines.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and hold necessary weekly/daily or ad hoc meetings, taking and distributing key meeting notes to stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and direction.
• Facilitate solutions with infrastructure, operations, data, development and test teams, ensuring that teams are clear on implementation details. Acquire assistance from analysts and architects as needed.
• Provide status tracking and risk mitigation for each project. Consistently monitor and report on the project progress/status to all stakeholders. Create and present reports defining project progress, status, challenges and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs; project evaluations and assessment of results throughout and post project deployment.

Qualifications

•  7 years of technical PM experience
• Vendor management
• Wireless and/or Cable experience -nice to have
• Experience managing multiple LARGE projects
• OSS - SOM/COM experience a major plus
