Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager for a direct hire/permanent role in the Denver Tech Center. This direct hire/permanent role is located onsite/in the office Monday through Friday during normal business hours in the DTC office and will offer a salary and a comprehensive benefit package.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization and Client relationship as related to the Data Management portfolio of implementations, initiatives, projects, and deliverables. The position will support clients with smaller short-term projects (no more than 90 days) for 15 small internal clients. The position will be a primary client point of contact and will partner with and support the Accounts/Project Management organization ensuring the organization is compliant with commitments and deliverables.

The position will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Data Management processes and deliverables and work with the client to ensure the correct solution is provided for each client request. The position will need to become familiar with healthcare and transportation data sets, the internal platform capabilities and workflow, as well as the technology offerings like LCAD, Circulation, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Defining, enhancing, and following the Data Management project delivery process.
  • Timely, clear, and meaningful daily management and communication of client project portfolio lifecycle (request through delivery)
  • Ability to translate and facilitate client requests into clear and appropriate solutions leveraging appropriate Data Management resources
  • Ability to manage the delivery of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives
  • Ability to hold dependent organizations and resources, both internal and external, accountable to initiative supporting deliverables
  • Contribution to and ongoing improvements of Data Management delivery processes
  • Proactive management of client relationship and expectations partnering with the Account Management organization
  • Build and grow relationships across internal and client stakeholders
  • Ability to support national (multiple time zone) client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years’ experience in a client-facing account/project management role
  • Experience with direct client interaction and management of multiple concurrent time-sensitive initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Solid project management/account management skills in support of the management of a large volume project portfolio (10 to 20 projects) for a given client. This is more of a whiteboard PM rather than MS Project based PM role
  • Must be comfortable speaking to all levels of internal and client stakeholders including executive management and individual technical contributors.
