In this role, you will apply your knowledge and experience in Technical Support and issue resolution to a variety of organizations throughout the metro Denver area. The responsibilities of this role are as follows: Working alongside your clients in the Denver Metro area to identify, assess, maintain and repair the technology that makes their work happenSupport desktops, mobile devices, servers and network infrastructureResolving of system and/or network issues in accordance with company best practices and to the complete satisfaction of the organization's being supportedIdentifying ways to improve systems and infrastructure QualificationsAssociate Degree in a computer related field or a combination of education/experienceAt least 3 years of experience as an IT Technician working with external customersA passion for delighting users – the ability to walk with them through a problem efficiently and professionally, systematically resolving the issueIndustry certifications that you are proud of – MCITP, MCP, A , Network , Cisco are all helpfulStrong working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Server 2008 through 2016, Microsoft Office 2010-2016, Exchange 2010 – 2013 and Office365 AdministrationProficient working knowledge of networking protocols and commonly used technologiesExcellent troubleshooting skills and patienceIncredible interpersonal communication skills while working with clients and Vendors/Tech SupportStrong time management discipline Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a clean driving recordAdditional InformationThis role will be located onsite in Englewood, CO with travel to company supported locations throughout the Denver Metro area.
