Cleveland House is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Edmond, OK

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care or home care is preferred but not required
- Must have a genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with client
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

- Must be CPR certified

-Must complete provided training within 6 months from hire date

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.72 - $14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
