Behavior Techniciansfocus on delivering exceptional and compassionate care to our patients and their families. You will work under supervision of the Behavior Analyst to provide care to multiple patients with autism spectrum disorder and related disabilities. Your primary duties will include:
•Gathering andimplementing approved treatment plans using applied behavior analysis.
•Applying reinforcement procedures effectively.
• Documenting andassistingwith conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Communicating with parentsregarding progress, troubleshooting, strategies for at home, and more.
•Participating in required supervision with Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
The ideal caregiver is someone who:
•Is dedicated to providing empathetic and compassionate patient-centered care.
•Is flexible and enjoys working with young children.
• Has effective communication skills and is open to feedback.
• Currently has an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or another closely related field.
