We are actively looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our WEST clinical team supporting children ages 1-8 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are looking for an applicant who is reliable and able to competently deliver ABA services. Must have reliable transportation and proven track record with consistency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing behavior plans and teaching skills to young children as an RBT. As an RBT, you will provide empathetic 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the home, daycare and/or clinic, and following behavior plans set by our BCBAs. Responsibilities include: implementing interventions, collecting data, writing session notes, communicating with the team, and helping children gain communication, social, play and life skills.

Qualifications/Training for those who are actively and RBT or pursuing their RBT credential:

Associates or higher degree strongly preferred.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.

Two plus years with demonstrated experience working with children 1-10 years of age.

Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
