Examples of Essential Functions

• Assisting with translation of written and electronic materials.
• Assist with translating and interpreting customer requests.
• Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, answering telephones etc.

• Provides information, assistance, and services to the general public, employees, and others in person, by telephone or by email.
• Duties may include other tasks unique to the individual's skills, with management approval.

Typical Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
