Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Nursing Shift Supervisor to work 2nd shift Part Time. Previous experience in a similar setting is helpful (Please provide dates of experience in resume). This position requires candidates to be licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin, graduate of an accredited LPN/RN school of nursing, & CPR certification. 

The Nursing Shift Supervisor provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing units and acts as administrative resource for the health center and apartments during the assigned shift. The Nursing Shift Supervisor co-ordinates and supervises nursing care of residents on their assigned shifts to maintain continuity and quality care.

As part of the nursing leadership team, the shift supervisor will participate in the facility on-call and holiday rotation, with the exception of a Nurse Shift Supervisor hired into the Weekend/Baylor program supervisor position.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, ETC. REQUIRED:

Current RN or LPN license to practice in Wisconsin.

Knowledge of nursing process and nursing management through the completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program. CPR Certification.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

2 – 3 years nursing experience, preferably in geriatric Long Term Care.

1 year administrative and supervisory experience.
