Responsibilities:

- Assist healthcare providers with documenting patient encounters, including medical history, physical examinations, and treatment plans.

- Accurately transcribe and enter patient information into electronic medical records (EMRs) or other documentation systems.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

- Chart rooms, and assist with administrating medication, EKG, IV , and procedures.

- Prepare and organize medical charts, records, and other documents for healthcare providers.

- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients by relaying important information.

- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing paperwork.

Experience:

- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is required.

- Familiarity with medical procedures and medication administration is a plus.

- Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desirable.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.

Please note that X-Ray experience is not required for this position.
