• Assist in the design, creation and testing of a scalable scheduling solution.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on feature enhancements.
• Review project requirements to ensure timely completion in order meet client expectations.
• Understand client goals and ensure that goal alignment is occurring at every level.
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies.
• Communicate the project status to the key stakeholders (team, executives, client etc.)
• Work closely with the customer success managers to ensure alignment between buyer’s expectations and the needs/requirements of the client project leaders/members.
• Stay abreast of new features and products released.
• Maintain project deliverables and documentation that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
• Assist with internal company initiatives.

• 2 years of coding experience with SQL, XML, HTML and JSON
• Experience working with large healthcare customers and delivering complex installs
• Customer oriented approach to solving problems and providing hands on support
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, design, and build complex processes
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
• Baseline knowledge of Git and/or source control solution
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
