```Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance of dryer vent and air duct systems.

-pressure washing of common areas at commercial and multi-family properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot ductwork to determine the root cause of the issue.
- Repair or replace vent caps
- clean chimneys and inspect as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects and tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on equipment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician.
- Strong knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to perform ladder work.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in property maintenance or field service.
- HVAC knowledge, to include dryer ventilation.
